added check for nil in del in api.lua, added glyphs for buttons made by single ascii values both in lexer and in print function, relaxed some requirements on functions which now accept types different from the expected and produce default values

fixed issue with one line if which was consuming else on new line which should have been of normal enclosing if, working on adding support fort coroutines

added keyrepeat management to make btnp properly work, added check to memset when length < 0 (because of pico-checkmate but maybe bug is somewhere else)

added preliminary support to parse glyphs as button indices in Lua lexer (just interpreted as respective button mask indices)

added atan2, poke, peek, extcmd stub and time, added std::async call to _init to avoid problems with busy loops
