add Miyoo target

Fix gcc-11 compilation, update .gitignore

add retrofw target

version is 8 or higher

Fix to audio sample generation + mapping of player 2 controls on player 1 controller

working on Pico-8 2.0 P8.PNG compression, it seems to work but there are some special characters involved

GCC10 complains about missing size_t, uint8_t, etc

Exclude iOS for now - need to fix this - src/lua/loslib.c:143:14: error: 'system' is unavailable: not available on iOS   int stat = system(cmd);              ^

with Celeste and sound no longer crackles - TODO/FIXME - sound needs to
be better implemented
