S9xGraphicsInit was run before InitROM.
This caused allocated screen buffer to be half the required size.
Set SupportHiRes in S9xGraphicsInit instead.

to 256x224 in high-res mode - high-re mode fast enough

on average on Wii - with 63/65fps as absolute lowest dipping point
- Star Fox 1 is now fullspeed on Wii as a result - other platforms
should benefit as well of course

either a window is shown, we go to the battle screen or when
the menu is brought up - while maintaining extra speed -thanks
to NoomDespilce for the RAM value

gained by ~100fps - needs further testin to see if window coloring
is done correctly - covered - in all cases - speedhacks will toggle
this on/off depending on window toggle

a 'speed hack' too - FF6 speed hack added

Hack - missing Mode 7 rendering path

Romancing Saga 3 - playable FPS is better than gee-whiz resolution
that falls below 60fps - transparency effects in Kirby 3 high-res
levels disabled because of this
