Lossless optimizations

I used pngout and zopflipng and reduced repo size (not counting .git) from 103MB to 99MB, at the cost of adding another big pile of megabytes to the git history that will waste all cloners' time.

Whether this one is merged or not, I recommend flattening this repo to a single commit and force pushing that. (I don't care if we flatten it or create a new repo with the same contents, results are gonna be close to identical.)
