Add ozone assets

This adds ozone assets, which are :

  • Inter UI font (license)
  • Resized and recolored xmb monochrome icons (white taint allows me to recolor them programmatically)
  • Resized and recolored xmb flatui icons

I also added an export_ozone.sh script to the xmb monochrome theme to automatically export the SVGs to the correct size and color.
