m4xw requested to merge github/fork/jdgleaver/rgui-themes into master

Created by: jdgleaver

This PR adds my collection of RGUI menu themes. For completeness, here are screenshots of the whole set:

(I may add more in the future, but I'm pretty tired of making these now...)

As mentioned in the comments thread of RetroArch PR #8119, I was initially cautious about adding these to the 'official' repo, since I wasn't sure how things stood regarding licencing issues (I though all source material had to be licensed under CC BY 4.0). I've since browsed the assets and shaders repos, however, and I find that there is already a hodgepodge of images from all kinds of sources, so I don't think anything in this PR will cause alarm (it should all be free use, at any rate). Each included wallpaper has an associated text file containing proper attribution, etc.

I also realised that if we don't make these available via the normal updater, 99% of users will never know that they exist... (and I think it's nice to have a little collection in place ready for the imminent 1.7.6 release)

IMPORTANT NOTE: The PNGs in rgui/wallpaper have already been optimised and tweaked to meet RGUI's specific requirements. They should not be touched (i.e. via ImageOptim or whatever), or it's possible they may break (RGUI is quite finicky...)
