(RGUI) Add particle colours to custom theme presets

This PR just adds appropriate particle colours to all the RGUI custom theme presets.

(Note that the 'border'-type wallpapers look a little odd with particle effects enabled, but at least the colours don't clash now. The non-border wallpapers work rather well with particle effects, however)
