(XMB/Ozone Monochrome) Update 'export' scripts to ensure white transparent pixels + regenerate assets

This is a follow-up to PRs #347 and #348.

It modifies the export.sh and export_ozone.sh scripts of the XMB Monochrome theme to ensure that all generated PNG files have white transparent pixels.

These scripts have then been run to update all affected assets.
