Add ppc-zlib to pacman command-line

gblues requested to merge gblues/add-ppc-zlib into master

== DETAILS Whereas the previous commit added zlib needed for the native tool elf2rpl, this adds zlib needed for PPC targets. In the immediate term, this should fix the CI build for the 2048-libretro core.
