HDF Files not booting (workbench screen) - Switch version

Hello I recently updated to build 2.6.1 b5332869 (retroarch 1.8.3) with the latest whdload.hdf, kickstarts, etc.

When attempting to load hdf games using whdload.hdf I get the following workbench screens
