New fonts, RetroPad + CD32 Pad button options

• Completely new fonts that match the UAE statusline better:

• Separate face button options for RetroPad+CD32 Pad:

  • Rotate clockwise
  • Second fire as jump
  • Rotate clockwise + Second fire as jump

• Added remapping of RetroPad B

• Added direct remapping options TOGGLE_VKBD & TOGGLE_STATUSBAR so that they don't have to be originally mapped to keyboard keys (F11 & F12), and also JOYSTICK_FIRE & JOYSTICK_2ND_FIRE
