Added "rpi" platform to makefiles and fix compilation.
Added command line functionality to load uae configuration files as roms

Added 640x400 resolution which fits most games perfectly and has correct aspect ratio in widescreen.
Added a simpler and imo nicer drive activity led
- select this under core options as an alternative to the standard leds
Changed gamepad mapping to bring up on screen keyboard when pressing "start".
