Kickstart improvements

  • Core option for forcing Kickstart, so that AROS can be used even with proper Kickstarts in place
  • A500 512KB preset uses v1.2 KS
  • Added 2 A2000 presets: "v1.2, 512KB+512KB" & "v3.1, 1MB"
  • Model & Kickstart options get the final say even with custom uae confs
  • Kickstarts no longer have to be renamed to the WHDLoad required format
    • Amiga Forever + TOSEC are recognized, and WHDLoad will still get the proper format in both modes
